 The IRC actually has several OPs who are regularly active. SSC is one, actually, most of the day. I try to be on as much as I can myself to perform my OP duties if necessary. Plus, the other OPs like myself, Yuanchosaan, Azul81677, Yermom, Hexedmagica, Xion4ever, and usually get on the IRC at least once a day; altogether, there are usually a few OPs online at all times.
