In Battle

Barbossa in battle can be a little tricky when he has the Illuminator to help him. Barbossa is invincible when he is in shadows but when he isn't it's wise to use magic. Barbossa has a lot of moves that he uses against Sora.

• Rushing Cut: Rushing double cut.
• Chasing Cut: His blows force you to stumble, follows with two cuts.
• Combo Attack: Three cuts, four thrusts, then two more cuts.
• Explosion: Tosses four bombs.
• Gunshot: Pistol-shot at Sora.

Note: Jack's HP must not reach zero in this battle or the game will be over.

Strategy

The best strategy is to use Blizzard magic to freeze him in place then attack him relentlessly.
