Cheer is and ability that Sora, Donald and Goofy can learn. For Donald And Goofy it is aquired through leveling up, but for Sora it is acquired through fulfilling certain requirements in the 100 Acre Wood. It increases the Summons Gauge giving more time and attacks.

Block Trigger - more than 150 points

Pooh Swing - More than 40 meters

Tigger's Pot - Less than 30 seconds

Muddy Path - less than five minutes.
