Twinkle is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories. It allows the user to recover HP over a set time period.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, Twinkle is the effect of the Tinker Bell Summon Card, while Twinkle Lv2 and Twinkle Lv3 are Summon Sleights. While Twinkle is in effect, Tinker Bell restores an amount of Sora's HP, with Twinkle Lv2 and Twinkle Lv3 restoring more HP and lasts for a bigger time period. In Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, Tinker Bell stays for 4 seconds at Lv1, 5 seconds at Lv2, and 7 seconds at Lv3. In Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, Tinker Bell stays for 3 seconds at Lv1, 4 seconds at Lv2, and 5 seconds at Lv3, but repeatedly tapping increases the amount of HP restored.
