A Change of WayEdit

I noticed that lately, less and less mainspace edit is made to our existing articles, and recently, a new article about a character of a game yet to be released that still contain red links is nominated for featured. Featured status is only given to articles that have achieved a standard as accepted by the administrators and according to the criteria set by the wiki. Additionally, most of the votes are given to character articles.

Starting this month, users can only nominate, but not vote. If the article nominated follows the featured criteria, we will set it up as the featured one for the month. If there are none, the admins will feature one for the wiki. If none is worthy for a featured, and this continues, we might have to revise our main page design again.

I think you read my mind...I was actually going to suggest a focus on something non-character related next month. And I wasn't sure on the yet-to-be released policy, so thank you for clarifying for me.
Remember that the idea of a featured article is to encourage improvement in existing articles so that they are informative and interesting. In addition, we've got so many things from the released games that need articles or big improvements. I know everyone is excited about the new stuff coming out, but there's still so much we don't know and won't know until these games are actually released. This is a great oppertunity to tune and tinker with the old stuff, and make this wiki a detailed resource for anyone hunting down information on Kingdom Hearts. I think that having Keyblade as a featured article will be a good idea
