This is a little off-topic, but is anybody willing to give teh Shiruba Kurono any advice on how to make archive images? I'm tired of asking for them like a useless little puppy. Please and thankies?

You mean, like this? You just find an image and put the word "ARCHIVES" on it... then upload it somewhere and link to it from here. What part specifically are you wanting to learn?

I guess I should be more specific. I want to know where to find/make the spiffy backgrounds found in the image you linked and in the ones found here.

The internet. Seriously, though. Mine is just a clip of a wallpaper (which is made from images you can find on this Wiki). Most of the ones in that link you provided are just clips of images you could find here, with just a neat abstract background. The majority of them are likely made with Photoshop. (Some examples here.)
