I'm not sure how to do this, but this article's name should be changed to Fateful Encounter, which is the properly translated name. KeybladeWarriorNick

Would it be appropriate to make a remark on how this Keyblade resembles Ven's, or is that is that too speculative? Pilaman 00:47, 18 December 2008 (UTC)

I know this may seem a bit out of place of what we are currently talking about, but I have a question about this Keyblade's ability: Once you get the Final Form, is it still useful in any way? If so, how?
Also, if we're trying to come up with a new name for Two Across (that's what it looks like you're doing, anyway), how about Twilit Crossing? I mean, it's a mix of Light & Dark (hence the ability), as it is somewhat of a mix of Oathkeeper and Oblivion, and crossing... It fits with translation, I think. Maybe not the crossing part, but I think twilit fits. What do you guys think?

Oooh, I see... I'm no good at foreign languages, so I don't have any suggestions, then. I'll tell you if I come up with anything fitting, then.
Sorry about that.

Serendipidous Pair ?
|
I thought the Keyblade was called "Two Across". —Marexl 16:23, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
- There is no official translation; the Keyblade first appeared in KH2 Final Mix which isn't in English. There won't be one until 358/2 Days comes out in English. "Serendipitous Pair" is a fan translation, but it's much, much more accurate than "Two Across," an appallingly bad translation some fan came up with. It apparently used this logic:
- Meguriau Futari = meguriau ("to come across") + futari ("two people")
- I'm sure you can see how the conclusion "Two Across" makes no sense given the above.—Urutapu 03:21, 8 August 2009 (UTC)
- For fun, extra info, the editor who came up with the "Two Across" name somehow managed to translate the English-named Winner's Proof as "13 Mushroom".Glorious CHAOS! 03:51, 8 August 2009 (UTC)

Why the Hate?
I was just passing through to check why the name changed and some of the comments about the fan translations were just rude. To call out that a translation from a language you don't speak fluently as horrible is kinda messed. Also one last thing to say is it's a wiki if you don't like the translation wait for a official release or put in a suggestion, don't hate.

- "To call out that a translation from a language you don't speak fluently as horrible is kinda messed." This is ridiculous logic. I don't make tables, but an ugly table with a missing leg is still an ugly table with a missing leg. Interobangu 01:49, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

For wiki editors you guys misquoted me a lot(but its a talk page so meh). Except for KrytenKoro i respect that guy, hes awesome. I was talking more about how you jumped on someone who doesn't speak Japanese fluently for mistranslating something. Also I never criticized the name change, just the hatred around the guy who came up with Two Across. I'm going to go back to my own Wiki now, you guys seem to dislike anyone outside of the usual group and reject there input. I'm not taking that as rule of thumb for your community here, just how I fell about how my comment was reacted to. It reminds me of this time at band camp. We were roasting marsh mellows and we heard a sound. My friend was all "omg it's a troll dun feed himz" and my mom got scared and said you're moving with your auntie and uncle in bel-air. I whistled for a cab and when it came near the license plate said fresh and had a dice in the mirror. If anything I could say that this cab was rare but, I thought now forget it, yo home to bel-air. I pulled up to a house about seven or eight and I yelled to the cabby yo, home smell you later. Looked at my kingdom I was finally there, to settle my throne as the prince of bel-air. I fell that story really sums up my time here.
