The Bulky Vendor (バルクベンダー Baruku Bendā , lit. "Bulk Vendor") is an Emblem Heartless that is found in Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. They resemble gumball machines or gashapon machines from Japan. They have no attacks and cannot harm Sora and friends, but are of great interest to Sora and his party nonetheless.
A Bulky Vendor's HP goes down all by itself, but if Sora uses a Reaction Command on it, it will spit out a rare item. The rareness depends on the amount of HP it has when the Reaction Command is used. They are located in places where elements of the setting can be struck with the Keyblade, as indicated in Jiminy's Journal.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days
Uncombative by nature, these mid-sized capsule Heartless will disappear after a short time. They hold rare and valuable prizes, however, and should be defeated when possible.
They gain speed as they take damage. Don't let them get away!
Kingdom Hearts II
A rare Heartless that can be found in certain worlds. It appears when you poke around various areas of the map.
It only appears in certain areas, and once it appears, it will not appear in that area for a while. Use the reaction command to get items. Figure out its secret pattern to get specific items.
Locations
The Bulky Vendor can be found in the following places:
- Halloween Town: Outside Santa's house. You have to spin the carousel for the Heartless to appear.
- Agrabah: In the Bazaar. You'll have to go as fast as you can to reach the Heartless. One of the best signs to notice it's presence is that all the shops in the bazaar will explode.
- Beast's Castle: West Hall. You have to hit the armor in the hall for it to appear.
- Land of Dragons: In the Checkpoint. Just reach the Heartless fast enough to use the reaction commands. Make one of the Fireworks wagons explode and it should show up.
- Olympus Coliseum: Cave of Death Entrance. If they seem to have disappeared, just hit the light posts (4 in the center of the room) and they will reappear. They also appear during the Hades Paradox Cup.
