This is my idea for a journal for KHX/KHUX. It combines the pieces of flavortext already present in Album entries, and depicts alternate forms as in previous games. "/" represents where text from one medal (or multiple medals with nigh-identical text) breaks into other text. Bold represents my own additions, usually to set the timing (first adventure, second adventure, third adventure). Italics indicate JP-only flavortext.

Main characters

Destiny Islands

Sora File:Sora (Monsters, Inc. Ver.) KHIII.png A cheerful, /energetic/ little boy who grew up in Destiny Islands. He loves to play with his best friend Riku, / and uses the power of friendship to brave the darkness. / In his first adventure, he was chosen by the Keyblade to fight the Heartless. / He set on his next adventure with his good friends, Donald and Goofy/ and afterward, he took on the Mark of Mastery exam to learn new powers./ Following the exam he embarked on a new journey with Donald and Goofy. His Valor Form boosts his strength and lets him wield two Keyblades. His Wisdom Form lets him specialize in magic and glide quickly along the ground. His Limit Form allows him to use actions such as Dodge Roll. His Master Form lets him wield two Keyblades and boosts his magic. His ultimate Final Form increases all of his attributes. His Antiform is tied to the powers of darkness. He gains agility, but has limited access to commands. He also has new Blitz / and Guardian / Forms. Riku A little boy who /grew up on Destiny Islands/ with his childhood friends Sora and Kairi./ Reliable and inquisitive, he seems cool but is thoughtful of his friends. / He desired to see the rest of the world, and felt the power of the Keyblade within himself. / However, he struggled with the darkness inside / and fought Sora. / Later / he attempted the Mark of Mastery exam to test his potential,/ becoming a true Keyblade Master. Kairi A caring and kindhearted girl/ who grew up on Destiny Islands with her childhood friends Sora and Riku./ This mysterious girl holds the power to defeat the Unversed. /As one of the Seven Princesses,/ she has the purest of hearts.

Radiant Garden
Ansem the Wise The real Ansem, betrayed by his apprentice Xehanort and robbed of his discoveries and pride. / As DiZ, he is an entity shrouded in mystery. Ienzo The human form of Zexion, one of Organization XIII's Nobodies.

Twilight Town

Hayner An unruly boy who lives in Twilight Town. He hangs out with Pence and Olette. Pence A boy who lives in Twilight Town and has a knack for technology. He hangs out with Hayner and Olette. Olette A mature girl who lives in Twilight Town. She hangs out with Hayner and Pence. Lea A friendly and childish boy. He seems to be planning something with his friend Isa. / He became a member of Organization XIII, and later, a Keyblade wielder. Isa Cool, collected, and mature beyond his age. He's good friends with Lea.

Castle Oblivion
Naminé A girl with the power to manipulate memories. Riku Replica A replica of Riku created from data by Vexen.

Land of Departure

Terra A young man who strives to be a Keyblade Master / as one of Master Eraqus's disciples. / He's /best/ friends and rivals with Aqua and Ventus. / His body was taken over by Master Xehanort. Ventus An apprentice of Master Eraqus, and best friends / and rivals / with Terra and Aqua. Aqua The only pupil of Master Eraqus to pass the Mark of Mastery exam / and be recognized as a Keyblade Master. / She's best friends and rivals with Terra and Ventus. / She roams the realm of darkness after saving her friend. Eraqus A Keyblade Master and master of Terra, Aqua, and Ventus. / As an apprentice, he enjoyed games with his good friend during moments of rest between training sessions. Lingering Will A mysterious armored figure that wields the Keyblade as well as Sora. Ventus-Vanitas The merged form of Ventus and Vanitas. Ventus's body is controlled by Vanitas. Anti-Aqua Aqua, after she fell to darkness and for years wandered through the realm of darkness. Armor of Eraqus A suit of armor possessing the will of Master Eraqus. No Heart An armor-clad being wielding a Keyblade. His or her identity is unknown.

Organization XIII

Xemnas The 1st member of Organization XIII. He directs the group as its leader. / He was an apprentice to Ansem the Wise. Xigbar The 2nd member of Organization XIII. A mysterious man whose motives remain unclear. / He was defeated by Sora, but became a member of the real Organization XIII. Xaldin The 3rd member of Organization XIII. His wiles have clouded the Beast's heart. Vexen The 4th member of Organization XIII. He, Lexaeus, and Zexion have been in the group since its inception. Lexaeus The 5th member of Organization XIII. A born warrior who brandishes a gigantic tomahawk. Zexion The 6th member of Organization XIII. A tactician who dislikes dirtying his own hands. Saïx The 7th member of Organisation XIII. His poise bellies a more savage nature. / He was defeated by Sora, but became a member of the real Organization XIII. Axel The 8th member of Organization XIII. He commands fire and carries a uniquely-shaped weapon. / After a mission, he, Roxas, & Xion like to relax over sea-salt ice cream. Demyx The 9th member of Organization XIII. He uses an instrument called a "sitar" to control water. / He became a reserve member of the real Organization XIII. Luxord The 10th member of Organization XIII. A gambler who can manipulate time. Marluxia The 11th member of the Organization XIII. He lures Sora into Castle Oblivion to try and steal his power, / so that he could use it to seize the Organization. / He was defeated by Sora, but became a member of the real Organization XIII. Larxene The 12th member of Organization XIII. She conspired with Marluxia to turn on the Organization. Roxas The 13th member of Organization XIII. A Keyblade wielder filled with darkness / who fights the Heartless. / After a mission, he, Axel, & Xion like to relax over sea-salt ice cream. / This boy lives in Twilight Town with his friends Hayner, Pence, and Olette. Xion The 14th member of Organization XIII. She develops a /good/ friendship with Roxas and Axel. / After a mission, she, Roxas, & Axel like to relax over sea-salt ice cream. / She battles Roxas in her Final Boss form.

Real Organization XIII

Xehanort An /ambitious/ Keyblade Master and an old friend of Master Eraqus. / He is the most powerful Keyblade master of them all. / As an apprentice, he enjoyed games with his good friend during moments of rest between training sessions. Young Xehanort A member of the real Organization XIII. This is Master Xehanort's younger self, / who traveled through time to manipulate Sora. Terra-Xehanort The result of Master Xehanort forcing his heart into the body of Terra. Ansem, Seeker of Darkness A member of the real Organization XIII. This is Xehanort's Heartless. / He is a wise man who devoted his life to researching the Heartless and uncovering the world's secrets. Vanitas A member of the real Organization XIII. / This mysterious masked boy is the embodiment of the/ pure darkness extracted from Ventus's heart.

Foretellers

Ira The Union leader of Unicornis. He's appointed leader by the Master. Invi The Union leader of Anguis. She's tasked by the Master to monitor the other foretellers. Aced The Union leader of Ursus. He's tasked by the Master to support Ira. Gula The Union leader of Leopardus. He's tasked by the Master to find the traitor. Ava The Union leader of Vulpes. She's tasked by the Master to gather the best wielders.

Destiny Islands
Selphie A girl from Destiny Islands who played with Sora when she was little. Tidus A confident, athletic boy who lives in Destiny Islands. Wakka A boy from Destiny Islands who takes good care of his friends.

Disney Town

Minnie Mouse Queen of Disney Castle, ruling in Mickey's absence. (Steamboat Willie) Daisy Duck Donald's girlfriend and the lady-in-waiting to Queen Minnie. (Don Donald) Pluto Mickey's faithful dog. He and Mickey are bound by strong ties of loyalty. (The Chain Gang) Chip One of Disney Castle's engineers. Dale's older brother. (Private Pluto) Dale One of Disney Castle's engineers. Chip's younger brother. (Private Pluto) Huey One of Donald's triplet nephews. He calls the shots at /Scrooge's/ ice cream shop./ (Donald's Nephews) Dewey One of Donald's triplet nephews, and the brains behind the operation /at Scrooge's ice cream shop./ (Donald's Nephews) Louie One of Donald's triplet nephews. He helps out in his easygoing way /at Scrooge's ice cream shop./ (Donald's Nephews) Scrooge McDuck Donald's wealthy, but stingy uncle. (Christmas on Bear Mountain) Pete Mickey's rival, / a tough and mean former steamboat captain. / In the past, he was Captain of the Musketeers, and kidnapped Princess Minnie to nab the crown. / He is Disney Town's biggest troublemaker, and assumes the "secret" identities of Captain Justice and Captain Dark. / He shows up in the past as ordered by Maleficent. / The two of them are searching for a black box. Puppy One of the ninety-nine puppies living with Pongo and Perdita. (101 Dalmatians) Pongo A male dalmatian who marries Perdita and now lives with ninety-nine puppies. (101 Dalmatians) Perdita A female dalmatian who marries Pongo and now lives with ninety-nine puppies. (101 Dalmatians) Neku A participant of the Reapers' Game, he always wears his headphones. / He encounters Sora and Riku in Traverse Town. (The World Ends With You) Joshua A boy who watches over the participants of the Reapers' Game. / He encounters Sora and Riku in Traverse Town. (The World Ends With You) Shiki A participant of the Reapers' Game, she always carries around Mr. Mew. / She encounters Sora and Riku in Traverse Town. Merlin A great wizard who travels the world with a mysterious bag. (The Sword in the Stone) Leon A swordsman with a gunblade. His real name is Squall Leonhart. / He works tirelessly to restore his hometown. Yuffie A female ninja who stays strong and cheerful in any situation. / This spirited girl actively does her part to keep tabs on the town. Cid An engineer, tech wizard, and first-rate pilot. Cloud A SOLDIER who effortlessly wields a hefty sword. / He once fought against Sora. Tifa A young woman in search of a certain someone. Sephiroth The ultimate swordsman who was once a hero. He's involved in the events of Cloud's past. Yuna File:Yuna KHII.png A member of the trio "Friendly-Neighborhood-something-or-others", / mysterious girls spotted around town. Rikku File:Rikku KHII.png A member of the trio "Friendly-Neighborhood-something-or-others", / mysterious girls spotted around town. Twilight Town
Seifer The leader of Twilight Town's Disciplinary Committee and self-proclaimed "protector of the town." Rai One of Seifer's lackeys. He often ends his lines with "ya know." Fuu One of Seifer's lackeys. She speaks in single words or very short phrases. Vivi A meek boy from Twilight Town who does whatever Seifer wants. Setzer A gambling vagabond who strives on risks and bets on adventure.

Mysterious Tower (The Sorcerer's Apprentice)
Yen Sid A great sorcerer who watches over the balance between light and darkness. Magic Broom King Mickey cast a spell on these brooms and turned them into hard workers.

Alice A curious girl who fell down the rabbit hole /and wandered/ into Wonderland. Cheshire Cat A mysterious, /grinning/ cat who talks in riddles and appears at will. Queen of Hearts Selfish and short-tempered, she beheads anyone who crosses her. White Rabbit A retainer in the service of the Queen of Hearts. Playing Card A guard who serves and fears the short-tempered Queen of Hearts.

Olympus (Hercules)

Hercules A hero with a kind heart and tremendous, /godlike/ strength. / He was born a god, but was kidnapped when he was a baby. Megara A woman dear to Hercules' heart. Phil A renowned trainer /and mentor/ of heroes who has whipped countless hopefuls into shape, including Hercules. Pegasus A flying horse and Hercules' trusty partner. He was a gift from Herc's father, Zeus. Zeus Hercules' father and king of the gods of Olympus. Hades God of the Underworld who's suffered many losses at Hercules' hands. / He seeks to rule over all. Pain One of Hades's lackeys. They tried to attack Hercules when he was a baby, but got clobbered instead. Panic One of Hades's lackeys. They tried to attack Hercules when he was a baby, but got clobbered instead. Cerberus Guardian of the entrance of the Underworld and Hades's loyal servant. Hydra A legendary creature sent by Hades to destroy the Olympus Coliseum and Hercules. Rock Titan A gigantic two-headed creature composed of /solid/ stone. Ice Titan An icy giant defeated in the past by Hercules. Auron A warrior that Hades called forth from the Underworld. Zack An /optimistic/, happy, and cheerful young man who dreams of becoming a hero. / Terra saves him from Hades's clutches.

Agrabah (Aladdin)

Aladdin A young man from Agrabah who became Genie's master. Jasmine The princess of Agrabah who longs for the freedom outside the palace walls. Abu Aladdin's faithful and furry sidekick. Genie A bubbly, boisterous character who lives inside a magic lamp. Magic Carpet A magic flying carpet. Jafar The Royal Vizier of Agrabah. A sinister man, he'll stop at nothing to get what he wants. / Jafar steals the lamp and uses his final wish to achieve a transformation into an all-powerful genie. Iago A sarcastic and selfish parrot. He spies on the residents of Agrabah for Jafar.

Halloween Town (Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas)

Jack Skellington The Pumpkin King / of fears and nightmares / who runs / Halloween Town. / He loves to scare people out of their wits. Sally A rag monster created by Dr. Finkelstein. Zero Jack Skellington's ghost dog that loves to play with his master. Santa Claus  The leading part in Christmas, which delivers dreams and presents to children.  Oogie Boogie  A cunning gambler. He is a thorough villain who wants to get rid of Jack so he can take over Halloween Town.  Lock  One of a trio of little monsters who carry out Boogie's schemes.  Shock  One of a trio of little monsters who carry out Boogie's schemes.  Barrel  One of a trio of little monsters who carry out Boogie's schemes.

Prankster's Paradise (Pinocchio)
Pinocchio File:Pinocchio (Puppet) KH3D.png A wooden puppet made by Geppetto, brought to life by the Blue Fairy. Jiminy Cricket A cricket, a gentleman, and a record keeper. Blue Fairy A fairy who gives life to Pinocchio, and tasks Jiminy Cricket to be the boy's conscience. Monstro An enormous whale that lives at the bottom of the ocean. He swallows everything in sight.

Atlantica (The Little Mermaid)

Ariel The youngest daughter of King Triton said to have the most beautiful singing voice. Flounder Ariel's best friend. Sebastian The Royal Court Composer who is tasked by King Triton to watch over Ariel. King Triton The King of Atlantica who is often seen with his trident. Ursula A sea witch who was banished from Atlantica by King Triton. Flotsam & Jetsam The moray eel minions of the sea witch, Ursula. Both are intelligent and wicked. The Shark A great white shark that swiftly attacks its prey.

Neverland (Peter Pan)

Peter Pan The flying boy from Neverland, where no one ever grows up. Tinker Bell The little pixie of Neverland, and Peter Pan's loyal partner. Captain Hook A pirate captain who works with the Heartless to get revenge on the one who stole his left hand. Mr. Smee A genial and sentimental pirate who works as an advisor to Captain Hook. Crocodile A large crocodile that has a hunger for anything it can get its jaws on.

100 Acre Wood (Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree)

Winnie the Pooh A little bear living in the Hundred Acre Wood. His favorite food is honey. Piglet Tiny, timid, and startled by just about anything. He's Pooh's best friend in the Hundred Acre Wood. Tigger Pooh's friend who loves to bounce and at times causes mayhem./ He resides in Hundred Acre Wood. (Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day) Rabbit Pooh's friend who often tends to his garden and helps out others when needed. / He resides in Hundred Acre Wood. Owl The wisest animal in the Hundred Acre Wood. But beware: his answers aren't always right!

Land of Dragons (Mulan)
Mulan The only daughter of the distinguished Fa family. Mushu He was once one of the Fa family guardians. Shan-Yu  The leader of the Huns planning the invasion of the country. He has already devastated many villages and armies.

Beast's Castle (Beauty and the Beast)

Belle A young woman who saw kindness behind the Beast's gruff exterior. / Her love broke the spell on the Beast and turned him back into a human. Beast File:Prince Adam KHII.png A /spoiled/ prince who was changed /from a human/ into a hideous beast /by an enchantress/ because of his selfish heart. / Belle's love broke the spell on the Beast and turned him back into a human. Lumière The castle's maitre d'. He became a candlestick when an enchantress put a spell on the castle. Cogsworth The Beast's majordomo. He became a clock when an enchantress put a spell on the castle. Mrs. Potts The castle's head housekeeper. She was transformed by the enchantress. Chip Mrs. Potts's son. He was transformed by the enchantress. Wardrobe The castle's lady's maid. She was transformed into a wardrobe by the enchantress.

Pride Lands (The Lion King)
Simba The king of the Pride Lands, Simba follows in his father's footsteps. Scar The younger brother of King Mufasa and Simba's uncle.

Enchanted Dominion (Sleeping Beauty)

Flora The fairy in red. She acts as the leader of the three. Fauna The fairy in green. She is the most level-headed of the three. Merryweather The fairy in blue. She can be stubborn, and often bickers with Flora. Maleficent An /evil fairy and/ powerful witch rumored to have manipulated the Heartless to destroy numerous worlds. / She seeks to rule over all worlds. / She took her Dragon form after the darkness in her heart was unlocked by the Keyblade's power. / She and Pete are searching for a black box.

Dwarf Woodlands (Snow White)
Snow White A beautiful maiden run out of her home by the jealous Queen. Seven Dwarfs Seven dwarfs who live in a cottage deep in the woods. The Queen A vain woman who is convinced that she is the fairest of all. / The Queen assumed her Hag form to deceive Snow White into eating a poisonous apple. Magic Mirror A mirror that replies to the Queen's questions with honesty.

Castle of Dreams (Cinderella)

Cinderella A /young lady/ who believes dreams come true. Though treated poorly by her stepfamily, she stays strong. Jaq Cinderella's very good friend. Fairy Godmother A kindhearted fairy who teaches Sora about magic and summons. Lady Tremaine Cinderella's wicked stepmother. Anastasia 'One of Cinderella's stepsisters. Drizella 'One of Cinderella's stepsisters. Lucifer Lady Tremaine's sneaky and wicked pet cat who loves to chase after Jaq.

Deep Space (Lilo & Stitch)
Stitch A mysterious visitor from a far away planet,/ small and prone to mischief. / He is a new type of creature created in deep space. Since he loves running wild, he's always bothering those around him.  Dr. Jumba Jookiba A self-proclaimed "evil genius" who created Stitch.

Country of the Musketeers (Mickey, Donald, Goofy: The Three Musketeers)
Beagle Boys Henchman of Captain Pete who always mess up and get scolded by their boss.

Chernabog A giant demon from the earth's depths that emerged from an erupting volcano.
