The Pain of Solitude is a Keychain for Roxas's and Xion's Keyblades that appears in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It can be upgraded to the Pain of Solitude+. The Pain of Solitude is a basic, magic-oriented Keyblade, as it provides a strong boost in Roxas or Xion's magic strength.

Design

The handle of the Pain of Solitude Keyblade is pale lilac in color and sports two protrusions on either side that curve upward. The guard is comprised of two pale violet spikes that curve downward. The teeth are pale violet and resemble the top half of the Nobody symbol, albeit with two of the spikes being longer than the others. Pain of Solitude's Keychain token is rose-colored and has a shape similar to the handle, albeit squashed down.

Gameplay

The ground combo is comprised of an upward-right, diagonal slash, followed by an upward-left slash, and is finished by jumping into the air and performing a spinning slash. The aerial combo is comprised a spinning slash with the Keyblade on the right followed by the same spin except the Keyblade is on the left side.
