Collected page-by-page throughout each Kingdom Hearts game are the papers of the Ansem Reports. It is a report in Kingdom Hearts, written by Xehanort, about the Heartless. The reports in Kingdom Hearts II, written by Ansem the Wise, are called the Secret Ansem Reports.
