"Dark Footsteps (闇の足音 Yami no Ashioto)" is the ending of Kingdom Hearts χ[chi]. This cutscene utilizes in-game graphics and ends with the phrase "Reconnect. Kingdom Hearts". It serves as the game's true ending and acts as a tie-in to Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ and by extension to Kingdom Hearts Union χ[Cross].
Synopsis
Maleficent's Raven spied on the the Player who recently woke up in Enchanted Dominion after having a dream about being reunited with Ephemer and Skuld at the end of the Keyblade War.
When it lands on Maleficent staff to tell her about the visitors, she is pretty pleased with herself because Sora and his friends can't meddle with this world, even though she wonders where that fool has gone now.
