Reverse/Rebirth should be part of COM's section
The lead badly needs a complete overhaul.
Each section should cover the different parts of the journal; these should be in prose-form, not list-form.

Do we all agree to merge in the Trinity Archives?

Kingdom Hearts 3D dosent use Jiminy's Journal it uses a Report and should we mention the Secret Message that you can unlock in the same game.

Rename

Since the only place 'Journal' is used is for Jiminy's Journal, should we move the page to 'Reports' and maybe remove the 'Gameplay element'? Reports is used for every game except the Trinity Archives, Enemy Files (which are both more different, unique types of reports) and obviously Jiminy's Journal.
