Haste (ヘイスト Heisuto) is an ability which appears in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It takes the form of an Ability Panel which can be leveled up from Haste LV1 to Haste LV2 and Haste LV3 by linking Haste LV+ Ⓛ (ヘイストアップⓁ Heisuto Appu Ⓛ, lit. "Haste Up Ⓛ") panels. Haste allows the player to run more quickly, and leveling it up further increases running speed. In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, it also increases attack speed.

Haste can be redeemed from the Moogle Shop for 10 Challenge Sigils.- Haste ③ can be redeemed from the Moogle Shop for 100 Challenge Sigils.
Haste LV+ Ⓛ can be redeemed from the Moogle Shop for 110 Challenge Sigils, and once again for 200 Challenge Sigils.
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
- The Ventus Dimension Link has Haste as its level 1 ability.
Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance
- Certain Spirits, like Lord Kyroo and Me Me Bunny can cast it on Sora or Riku, which increases Reload time for commands, and swinging speed.
