Talk bubble thingies

Well, there is a tutorial about how to make a talk bubble here however it is hosted on another Wiki so get the instructions from that tutorial but DO the instructions on this wiki, if that makes sense to you. If you get stuck, I can help you.

Oh and btw, if you want to get images from external sites, you need to change the Template: Xiggie/TalkTemplate (at the top) to Template:Xiggie2/TalkTemplate. Sorry for not telling you that before.
