Mechanics

Kingdom Hearts

Sora using Blizzaga

In Kingdom Hearts, Blizzard magic can be used by Sora and Donald. Blizzard shoots a spreading burst of ice crystals in front of the caster. The spread can hit multiple enemies, and it widens each time the spell is upgraded. Blizzara and Blizzaga fire larger ice crystals, creating a larger spread. Blizzard magic costs one Charge Gauge unit, and its power is determined by the following equations:

  • Blizzard: Power = (Max MP) + 22
  • Blizzara: Power = (Max MP) + 26
  • Blizzaga: Power = (Max MP) + 32

The summon Genie has access to any magic Sora has already learned, including Blizzard magic.
