And i don't know if you already know this but in talk pages you got to sing your posts with four tildes (~~~~)

Here you go, I made it look like the one you used in my talk page. To use just type {{MEX|time=~~~~~|text="Input your text here"}}. The kind of template you used before don't allow you to change the image size, and you didn't need to use all that text all the time you could just create a Template page for yourself, to add a image inside the talkbubble just do it normally [[File:(file name).(file kind)|(size you want)px]] after either sig, time, or text. If you need anything else just ask
