Easy! I'll show it to you in steps.

Step 1: Copy the contents of your talk page.

Step 2: Open a new tab and go to the wiki.

Step 3: Go to this page --> Special:CreatePage

Step 4: Name the page User talk:Secret agent clank/Archive <insert archive number here>

Step 5: Paste the contents of your talk page in this archive

Step 6: Save the new page

Step 7: Remove all contents of your regular talk page, except a personal message (if you want) and some way of navigating your archives (a list, infobox, nav template, etc, etc), and save the (now much emptier) talk page

Step 8: ???

Step 9: PROFIT!

So yeah.
