ARG ARG ARG ARG ARG-wait, who gives a crap? it's just a rehash of the BBS we got, so why is everyone making a big deal out of it? Yeah, Nomura lied... but who cares? It doesn't affect us, and this probably just means that the Mysterious Figure is as canon as Sora, or Donald's terrible singing voice. Of course, if it comes to US shores, I couldn't care less. If it comes to US shores on the 3DS, then sign me up. Anyway, your thoughts. I crave them. KKD

For some, it's the principle of the thing, methinks. However, it is just a Japanese version of the International release, and I'm happy for the Japanese because they get what we got.
And if there's a secret ending? We'll do what we always do, though with the amount of stuff they put on our version, I think that they can barely add anything else. Tamroc7 01:10, September 16, 2010 (UTC)
- It's because the Japanese always got the Final Mixes and the added content. Nomura promised that the NA additions were a treat for us, and he promised that Re:coded was a treat for us. Instead, the Japanese are almost immediately getting BBSFM, and they get Re:coded even before we do. If it was at least equal, that would be one thing (and great), but basically....it's like you're the youngest child, and even on your birthday, the oldest sibling gets the best present.Glorious CHAOS! 01:27, September 16, 2010 (UTC)
Personally, I'm just hoping for a BBS FM Ultimania. --Neumannz, The Dark Falcon 02:09, September 16, 2010 (UTC)

A NEW WORLD! GRAAAAAAAAHH!!!! Oh, Maggosh, can you link the video that screen shot came from? --Evnyofdeath 06:18, September 16, 2010 (UTC)

Alright. But still....Nomura...I'm starting to lose faith in you....at least TRY to keep your word. I understand you'd eventually have to rerelease the game in Japan because of the Mysterious Figure, but that doesn't mean you have to add ANOTHER new character that we here in America won't know about unless we hover over this wiki...--Evnyofdeath 06:25, September 16, 2010 (UTC)

I guess because Nomura doesn't like America.....--Evnyofdeath 06:48, September 16, 2010 (UTC)

- Well, on the other hand:
- Japanese names for the NA-added material.
- Unlike PS2, PSP games are not region-locked.
- Still, Nomura has lied about Final Mixes and treating America pretty much every time.Glorious CHAOS! 14:25, September 16, 2010 (UTC)
I guess in the end even if Nomura doesn't want to do something, if the guys in charge of Square get a large demand from fans (why wouldn't they considering the bonuses in the US version of the game) he is given no choice, at least, I hope so because the only other option is he likes lieing to us. --Evnyofdeath 14:35, September 16, 2010 (UTC)
Actually, the PSP isn't region locked like the PS2 was. Ergo, you can import it when it comes out. I probably won't, since I have YouTube and this sight to provide me information about the game, but if you feel so inclined, do so. Tamroc7 15:42, September 16, 2010 (UTC)
Where did Nomura say there wouldn't be a Final Mix? http://forums.khinsider.com/future-kingdom-hearts/147012-ultimania-full-nomura-interview.html
Are you going to release the international version in Japan as you have with KH and KHII? Nomura: Well, if i say "we don't have plans yet" people will take that as "no" so I can't really say anything. Since the voice acting is done so well it wouldn't be bad releasing a Final Mix... but people only got so excited about KHII FM+ because it was sold with Re:COM. We're not going to put that much into it a second time.
Anyone know where Nomura said "No Final Mix"?204.211.185.107 15:54, September 16, 2010 (UTC)
LOL at everything being Nomura's fault.204.211.185.107 15:58, September 16, 2010 (UTC)
He never said that he wouldn't make one.....? I wish that had been said before....now I don't have to hate Nomura. --Evnyofdeath 16:16, September 16, 2010 (UTC)
- That's not the only one. There was another one in the Dengeki interview, I thought.Glorious CHAOS! 16:58, September 16, 2010 (UTC)
Most of this stuff is decided by people way above Nomura's pay grade. But that's not top say he doesn't enjoy it, because adding all the stuff they do and complicating the plot even more is just something he does because he can.Would a Final Mix be made without him? yes. Would there be half the New cutscenes,Character designs and story changes?Who can say.204.211.185.107 16:57, September 16, 2010 (UTC)

http://www.khinsider.com/khinsider/birth-by-sleep-interviews.html Kryten, when you can find a defintitve statement regarding Final Mix anywhere in there, let me know.204.211.185.107 13:34, September 17, 2010 (UTC)
Look, I don't like this either, but to say that Nomura said this would never happen, (the difference being between "No Plans at the Moment" and "Not ever Gonna happen") or that this is even his decision to make and not an executive, is a little disingenuous. (And because this is the age of distribution, the Final Mixes are in english and Disney will be angry as hell about hiring the English voice actors again, I'm still holding out hope for a western release. Not much of one I'll admit, though I honestly don't care either way.) Now, If you'll excuse me, I have to go back to having my ass kicked by the Mysterious Figure, kthxbai.204.211.185.107 13:47, September 17, 2010 (UTC)

Nomura: Well, if I say “we don’t plan on it yet”, people will take that as “no”, so I can’t really say anything. Will there be a BBS: Final Mix? No plans at the moment. Though after seeing the new trailer Japanese fans are arguing about the extras we are getting in the West. But at the same time he isn't sure how many of them could actually stand the difficulty.
-- Since you’ll be changing so much, does that mean we can expect a Final Mix? Nomura: Well, first we’ll have to see just how much it becomes different from the domestically released version. But we’d really like to be able to release one “Kingdom Hearts” game a year. We don’t want several years to go by without there being anything.
Those are the quotes I remembered, and found on that site. He doesn't explicitly deny a BBSFM, no.Glorious CHAOS! 14:11, September 17, 2010 (UTC)

Secret Ending plus my annoyance at Square Enix
Okay.......now i'm really cheesed off at Square Enix.....how come they HAD to put in a final mix for BBS when thankfully BBS is the only time when we actually got North American exclusives, but NO.......the Japanese have to beat us to it and get new stuff that we don't have. *sigh* I wonder if the Secret Ending will have anything to do with Kingdom Hearts 3 or 3DS despite Versus XIII hasn't been finished yet. But still, why does Nomura deny the making of BBS FM when it's already being planned for release??? Lightning XIII 22:51, September 16, 2010 (UTC)Lightning XIII
