I don't know what you meant by "bad", but I guess I need to expplain the speculation policy on the wiki. Anything that's not confirmed is removed from the article. It was not confirmed that Rinoa sent the letter, ergo I removed it.

I am quickly getting frustrated with this. I asked you nicely to bring it up on my talk page before reverting it again. Now, I'm going to explain once more that the message is supposed to be hidden like that. It is so the page is not filled with various warnings. The reason it exists is so there's awarning on the actual page that anyone editing that section can see. And from the way people erase the message when they change something, it's obvious they see it. Please do not revert it again

For the ban and block templates, you're supposed to wait until after the user is banned or blocked. Placing the template before that is meaningless, since it doesn't actually ban them, and an admin may just block them instead of ban them like the template says.
