As a large Heartless, Darkside can only be defeated by hitting his hands and head. He, however, is not very difficult and the only danger is his HP attack at low levels. His hands are of course the easiest target, while attacking his head deals more damage and increases chances of dealing a Critical Hit. Use dodge roll or other dodging moves to avoid when he slams the Dark sphere and use the opportunity to attack his head. His HP attack, Shadow Storm, can be deflected, though you should only do it if needed to avoid being overwhelmed by the amount of hits.

Ruler of the Sky
Strategy, Location, Etc.
Ruler of the Sky is located in a unique violet treasure chest that blocks the way between you and the end of the level. Once you open the chest, this annoyance pops out. As he rules the sky, he is always airborne, so be sure to have abilities such as Glide and High Jump equipped, as these will be a vital asset.
The trick to defeating this pest is to remember its two modes: Flight Mode and Berserk Mode. When in Flight Mode, chase after it while dodging its attacks, and destroy sections of its tail. Each section is destroyed after dealing a total of five attacks on them, whether they be Brave or HP. Hitting the tail with an HP attack will NOT deal HP damage to the Heartless itself. After a section is destroyed, it will go into Berserk Mode, where it executes different attacks instead. While it's in Berserk Mode, however, you are able to directly attack him, though it won't be quite as effective as it would against normal Heartless. After destroying all three sections of his tail, he goes into a Vicious Mode, causing him to attack much more frequently, with a combination of the attacks he uses in Flight and Berserk Mode. He'll also expose his core while in Vicious Mode, allowing for you to deal more effective hits against him, thus making him easier to kill.

Leechgrave
Strategy
The Leechgrave is a giant, immobile Heartless with four Tentaclaws surrounding it; due to the fact that it is planted in the ground, the Leechgrave only has Ground-based attacks. Attacking the Leechgrave directly will result in a nasty counterattack. Instead, attack the Tentaclaws, defeat them, and then go after the Leechgrave, which will be stunned for a while. Each Tentaclaw has around 2000 HP, while the Leechgrave has 4500 HP. Both the Leechgrave and the Tentaclaws may attack, making for a somewhat annoying fight. However, it won't do anything while it is stunned; sieze this opportunity and go all-out!

Behemoths
Strategy
While encountered more then once, the Behemoth is tough enough to count as a boss. The Behemoth can only be hurt by hitting its horn on its head. Crawling up his back is the only way to hit him. The Behemoth is slow but hits hard,so magic style characters will have difficulty. Hitting the horn enough will cause it to fall over, which also adds a Critical Chance increase. However,it will immediately counter attack after so retreat.

Dustflier
Strategy
As per the request of Xelias, here's the Sephiroth of all Heartless: the Dustflier! Okay, so the Dustflier is an extremely powerful Wyvern-type Heartless. His attacks all do elemental damage; as such, all of his attacks can inflict status ailments. The best way to take him out is to ensure that you are a high level and have a good Gear equipped. When fighting him, make sure that you have abilities such as High Jump and glide. If you don't, you're screwed to infinity and beyond. In the battle, make sure to dodge as many of his attacks as you can, and then strike his wings and tail until you get and opening. Then, strike the head, which will allow you to attack the weak point for massive damage. Oh, and thre's a constant swarm of Shadows along the ground; it's best to ignore them.

Peanut Gallery
VoidCommanderExdeath - The memory's wiles can be cruel. In its silence, we forget. In its obsession, it binds our hearts. TALK - Your existence is worth nothing !
Yeah, I decided to open up a Peanut Gallery so we can comment on each other's work. In other news, I suck at tables DX. This setup is so weird...
Xelias0 - So...it seems your hearts have led you to obliteration. Perhaps it doesn't pay to be too loyal to one's heart. I will have to be sure and remember that. TALK - My name is of no importance.
...And this is why I chose to call you from another wiki (you are the only member I invited - others asked by themselves to integrate the team.) : your moveset-making genius. However, please use the table I gave you as a reference (you didn't find it - it was in standard enemies. If you do other heartless, remove the "mode" section from the template but use it.) Don't worry, I suck at tables too. Except that I steal templates from others and modify them so they would suit my project. Oh and by the way, your story location idea is sadistic - in other words, I love it. Would be even better if the treasure chest was optional - the player would want to kill himself, heheheh... But somethings bugs me : how does the Ruler lose his tail ? Number of Brave Attacks ? of HP attacks ? Because one could simply gather enough bravery with concentration or things like that to perform a one-hit kill. Or the Heartless must be at a very, very high level. Or that you put him very low hp and make him a multi-stage boss, like Chaos. Each tail fragment would be a different stage. I personally prefer this idea, tell me what do you think.

Well, that is a nice idea. I'll see what I can do with that. Relax, as he's a required boss, he'll be around a decent enough level for the player to kill. It was supposed to reference how his mission was mandatory in Days, as well as his location (Remember how Hook found him in a chest?).

I just saw the chest both as a reference to his appearance and a way to annoy the player. I just love to mess with someone's mind. Give a player a treasure chest near an easy to beat enemy giving PA+1 - he will think of it as an occasion of getting a free chest and... Yeah, I'm a little bit of a sadist in game making...

Nothing to say, it can be kept like that. Just perfect - and as annoying as the true one... If you must do all the ones that I despise, the next will be that damn fire-spitting bird in the Six-Heartless mission (forgot its name)...

Oh, God, the Dustflier...I took him on today, and I got owned. I had no clue those attacks could inflict status ailments...

So I'm not the only one with Dustflier issues. I finally beat him, after 5/6 tries. Once, he beat me when he had half a bar... I wanted to break that damn Nintendo DS.

There was a small coding error with the Darkside section. I fixed it.

Hey, nice Behemoth, Naruto ! Just fixed minimal typo errors : "Stop" has been changed to "Stomp" and most importantly, defeating a Behemoth in less than three minutes is definitely not a condition. It might, however, give me ideas for something else... Yet again.

The complete list of all Heartless Bosses can be found on the archives of my talk page. And Behemoth happens to be one of them. Good job anyway.

Whew, there was a HUGE code error in Guard Armor. Looks like I've taken the responsibility of code maintenence.
