The Metamorphosis is an alien-like Unversed serving as a boss battle for Ventus in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It appears in Deep Space, attacking Ventus as he travels in-between worlds. It later sneaks aboard the Grand Councilwoman's massive spaceship, Ventus giving chase. The Metamorphosis causes the ship's engine to go out of control, Ventus confronting it in battle and defeating it with the assistance of Experiment 626.
