maggosh Strike backwards... — "That's a nice expression." You're terrified, aren't you? Roxas and Naminé are both exceptions because their Somebodies did not remain Heartless. Xemnas looks different possibly because both his Nobody and Heartless retained a human form. So it's plausible that the appearances of the other Nobodies kept a facsimile to their former selves.
