Material Gummis are a category of Gummi Blocks found in Kingdom Hearts II. Divided into type by shape, they usually serve as the framework for a Gummi Ship.

Bevelled Gummis
These Gummi blocks get their name from their boxy appearance, made of all angles and no curves. Along with the Aero Gummis, they are the lowest cost Gummi available. There are 12 varieties in all; all have a cost of 1, a size of 1 x 1 x 1, and add +2 to a Gummi Ship's HP.

Curved Gummis
These smoother looking Gummis have at least one curved surfaces, and while they add a more ergonomic design to a Gummi Ship, along with more HP, they are also more expensive than the Bevelled Gummis. Curved Gummis can add anywhere from 3 to 12 HP to a ship, have a cost ranging from 2 to 11, and are all sized at 1 x 1 x 1.
In Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix the cone shaped and tubular Curved Gummis or moved to a different catergory, the Pipe Gummie.

Aero Gummis
Added into the Material Gummi category in Kingdom Hearts II, Aero Gummis are special as they not only add to the ship's HP, but to its mobility. All Aero Gummis have a cost of 1, add 1 HP and 3 Mobility to a ship, and are either 1 x 1 x 1 or 2 x 1 x 1 in size.

Gummi Lumps
The final category of Material Gummis, Gummi Lumps are large, premade sets of Gummis to make building easier; they are constructed of elements from both the Bevelled and Curved categories, but cannot be pulled apart into their separate components. They range from 4 to 96 in cost, 8 to 108 in HP, and 1 x 4 x 1 to 4 x 4 x 4 in size.
