Shiitake Rank (also called Shiitake Scroll) is a bonus item that has no particular use or purpose besides being sold. Its purpose and uses are officially described as to being unknown despite the strict requirement methods the player has to take in order for it to drop. It is one of the two ranks dropped by the Rare Truffle, the latter being the Matsutake Rank.
The Shiitake Rank is dropped after bopping a Rare Truffle 50 times in the air. This drop also consists of a single Elixir and a Mystery Goo.
