Pleasure Mushroom and Pleasure Mushroom+ is an item obtainable only in Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+ as weapons for Donald. It is dropped by the Organization XIII Mushrooms.
Both of the staves are shaped like a black Mushroom Heartless although the Pleasure Mushroom+ is colored slightly different.
