Well, as you can see, I have already made a talk template for the wiki. Previous experience with the FF wiki helped - you may notice it's virtually the same! Anyway, more info on my main user page. I considered making a sandbox, but as I don't need one yet, I'll refrain from cluttering the wiki.

Nice to see someone recognises me! Although...is it for a good or bad reason...? Yeah, I've been pretty inactive for a while now. My username was Fnlfntsyfn; the link on my userpage here goes directly to my userpage on the FF Wiki.

Your Comicses are realy great but,

How much time do you spend on Kingdom Hearts every day?!
I assume you are referring to my sprite comedy scenes. They really don't take that long to make, seeing as I have the sprite sets to hand. Also, the only one done anywhere near recently was the last one, which I made specifically to add to the newly-created user article on here; the rest are all quite old now. Anyway, I don't spend that much time on KH... you should see my userspace on FFWiki for starters. Besides, I'm between years 1 and 2 at Uni, and the summer holidays are long. I reserve the right to spend them doing whatever I want, thank you very much -- SorcerorNobody, 19:28, 5 July 2009 (UTC)
EDIT: I'm stupid. Yes, you meant the Achievements. Duh me. But no, I still don't spend especially long on them. I don't exactly go out of my way to break my own records that often, and most of them are from meeting Jiminy's Journal requirements and then thinking "while I'm doing it, it won't hurt to go for more...". Furthermore, some of them are easy, especially the ones where I've got optimum records. That's precisely why I've managed to get the optimum score on them, after all -- SN
Errngk!!!!
Talk templates are forbidden here until Hecko gives the permission. Refrain from doing that again. Okay? ;)--N/A
Okay...that's news to me. Although, I had talk templates on the FF wiki (which Hecko is fully aware of...just check out my Fnlfntsyfn sandbox on the FF wiki)... Sorceror Nobody 23:41, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
Care to give us a hand?
BebopKate - This one is Zazzles...because he's Zazzy! TALK - Here's your cat...and here's your $20...23:56, October 24, 2009 (UTC)
Hey, Sorcerer...nice to have you back again. ^_^ I see you're working on a guide for 358/2 Days right now, so I read your write-ups and they're really good. Would you like to give us a hand in working on our MissionsProject? Alas, we have to keep the humorous bits out of them as we're in the "straight" part of the wiki, but I think you could help us out a lot, especially with the walkthroughs.
Sprites, and Hello
Eternal Nothingness XIII - Ven, Aqua... I'll find some way to make things right. TALK - This light... it's so warm. — 23:06, October 29, 2009 (UTC)
Hello, Sorceror Nobody. I have never met you, but I think now is a good time to introduce myself. Your Sprite Sheets are AMAZING! KEEP THEM COMING!
If you want to take that tack, then
"It must be known that only official media is allowed."
So, your images will be deleted if reuploaded, and protected against ever being uploaded again.
Rules-lawyering is completely useless on a wiki, especially since you're claiming an "if you do something" overrules two "don't do this at all" and several policy consensus's back them up.GloriousCHAOS! 17:58, October 30, 2009 (UTC)
As for why: because the editors who added fanart repeatedly and willingly violated our previous image policies, and even inserted their images into the main space, over and over and over. For example, Paopu or Ven's Keyblade, which keep having obnoxious jerks uploading their fanart of the topic and pasting it into the article, even though there's a ridiculously blatant notice at the top of the page saying "Don't f'ing do that".
But, thank you for showing me that the upload text is editable. It now forbids any fanart whatsoever, for any reason, including user page decoration.GloriousCHAOS! 18:01, October 30, 2009 (UTC)
One of the guidelines they were violating was uploading too many images. It's perfectly acceptable for them to host them externally.
Another was that they uploaded their images over canon ones. Again, perfectly acceptable for them to host images externally.
These policies make it very clear that fanart is discouraged, and make it more difficult to paste it into an article (especially for anons using the RTE). It's about as much of a solution as we can have without making uploading limited to admins. It has also virtually eliminated the problem.
As far as I am familiar with, the only other wiki's I work on (and am familiar with the policies on) also disallow fanart unless it is specifically used within a Fan: namespace, or is used as a diagram. In general, fanart has no place on any wiki.GloriousCHAOS! 19:40, October 30, 2009 (UTC)
Sorry if it it seems like I've taken a harsh tone with you, I don't mean to sound so angry. I've had a highly stressed day, if that helps.GloriousCHAOS! 20:39, October 30, 2009 (UTC)
