The Mayor of Halloween Town
The Mayor is the two faced "leader" of Halloween Town. He is two faced because he has two faces which show his emotions and they switch often between sad and happy. Although he is the mayor, he says he can't do anything without Jack Skellington's help, as he is only an "elected official".

He's working with Jack to make this year's festival the best ever. He is always running to Jack for help when when the Heartless always goes crazy, The Mayor is always terrorfied when the Halloween festival goes wrong. "The Nightmare Before Christmas"
