Equestrian Raid is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to ride on their Spirit's back and charge into enemies.

Mechanics[edit]

Equestrian Raid is a Link Attack that drains the Link Gauge by 6.6% per second when linking with a Thunderaffe, and 4.8% per second when linking with an Electricorn or Pegaslick. It deals Physical damage and the direction can be controlled with Circle Pad. Pressing the A lets the Spirit execute a rush attack, which costs 5% of the Link Gauge. When linking with an Electricorn or Pegaslick, the Spirit automatically attacks when activating the Link Attack, but the attacks take longer to execute. When linking with an Electicorn, the rush attack deals Thunder-elemental damage, while it deals Physical damage when linking with a Thunderaffe or Pegaslick.

The strength of the Link Attack varies between Spirits. When linking with an Electricorn or Pegaslick, enemies take less damage from touching the Spirit, but the rush attack is more powerful.
