Treasure Chests are scattered through out all the worlds of the Kingdom Hearts universe. They contain many helpful items.
Design
Treaure Chests come in two sizes, large and small ones. Their design and appearances are based off the worlds they're in.

Trivia
- In Kingdom Hearts II, Atlantica is the only world without a single treasure chest.
- Kingdom Hearts coded and Kingdom Hearts Re:coded are the only games in the whole series not to have a treasure chest feature due to the inclusion of the Bug Blocks.
- In Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, treasure chests are only available using either Calm Bounty, Guarded Trove, False Bounty, or Room of Rewards cards.
- There are no large treasure chests on Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, the large ones were later added in the remake for the Room of Rewards.
