If they haven't appeared in a Disney film, they're original characters.

KrytenKoro - Pinocchio with his nose attached to the trigger of a rifle, which points at his face as he says, "I want to live!" TALK - Technically, the pieces of the Experiment appeared in the film. On that basis, shouldn't Scar's Ghost, Oogie's Manor, the Crank Tower, and Jafar's Shadow be removed as well? None of them appeared in that manner in the original films, even though they're designed as Disney characters in the games.
