Strength Burst
Strength Burst (アタックアップEX Atakku Appu EX, lit. "Attack Up EX") is a series of techniques introduced in Kingdom Hearts Union χ. It allows the user to raise their strength, and restore HP.

Strength Burst is a special attack that targets all enemies. It costs 3 special attack gauges to perform. It raises Player's strength by 1 tier for 1 turn and slightly recovers HP.

Strength Burst & Esuna (アタックアップ&エスナEX Atakku Appu & Esuna EX, lit. "Attack Up & Esuna EX") is a special attack that targets all enemies. It costs 4 special attack gauge to perform. It raises Player's strength by 1 tier for 1 turn, moderately recovers HP, and cures Player's status ailments.

Strength Burst III (アタックアップⅢEX Atakku Appu Ⅲ EX, lit. "Attack Up III EX") is a special attack that targets a single enemy.[1] It costs 3 special attack gauges to perform. It raises Player's normal strength by 3 tiers for 1 turn, and greatly recovers HP.

- Strength Burst +4 is the special attack for medal 458: Mowgli & Baloo.
- Strength Burst & Esuna +5 is the special attack for medal 459: Mowgli & Pals.
- Strength Burst II +4 is the special attack for medal 418: Pooh & Piglet[JP].
- Strength Burst II +5 is the special attack for medal 391: Pooh & Piglet.
- Strength Burst III +5 is the special attack for medal 523: Illustrated Kairi.
