Stop (ストップ Sutoppu?) is an element that appears in Kingdom Hearts. It immobilizes the target, and is primarily used for Stop magic.

In later games, Stop has become a status effect, rather than an element.

Party members

Attack Type Description
Time-Out Combat Ability Freeze time for enemies, halting their movement. [Special attack. Cost: 2 MP.]
Stop Magic Prevents target from taking action for a limited time.
Consumes 2 MP.
Stopra Magic Prevents targets from taking action for a limited time. Wide area of effect.
Consumes 2 MP.
Stopga Magic Prevents targets from taking action for a limited time. Widest area of effect.
Consumes 2 MP.

Enemies

Enemies do not use any Stop attacks.

As enemies do not use Stop attacks, there is no need to raise Stop resistance.

Most bosses have resistance to Stop attacks. Most enemies gain Stop resistance after rescuing Kairi.
