Raging Blitz
Raging Blitz (ライジングブリッツ Raijingu Burittsu, lit. "Rising Blitz") is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Union χ.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Union χ, Raging Blitz is a special attack that targets all enemies. It costs 1 special attack gauge to perform. It lowers the target's defense and Power-based defense by 4 tiers for 1 turn. It inflicts more damage the higher the player's HP.
