So, with the year wrapping up on us here and Kingdom Hearts III now approximately a year away, I think it a good time now to reorganize our projects on the wiki and determine which ones we want to actively pursue and which ones we want to shelf for now. I think one of the issues we have is that we have a lot of things to do and arent a whole lot organized on how to do it. We have this and this, a total of 14 listed projects (16 with MegaProject: Arise from 2014 and Operation: Keychain from 2015, both of which I believe should just remove). That's too many. And I don't believe there's any actual notable progress on any of them.
So, I think we should look at each one and consider what we know about the progress of each. Then, we should either reorganize them, with specific people taking charge, or shelf the project, at least for now, while we tend to more pressing projects. We should also consider organizing new projects, as need and priorities dictate. We should give people specific assignments with these projects, attaching a sense of responsibility to every user so we can ensure they are completed, and work together to complete each project. We can even advertise these via our social networks. I feel that we'll have more success attracting people that can help us add information if we advertise specific areas of need (KHX, KHII, merchandise, manga, PS4 titles, etc.) than if we continue advertising editing Kingdom Hearts articles in general.
We should open up more opportunities to lead on the wiki, too. This isn't just leading as in staff, but more as in opportunities to lead site projects like these, like the Trinity Archives, like creating videos, and more. Doing so will encourage more people to get involved and work on these things we still need. In short, we have so much to do here, and I believe if we're more clear on what we need to do, we may have more success on getting the people to get it done, than what we've been doing so far. As someone once told me, "If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what youve always gotten." We've almost always been kinda loose on what we want to do; now we need to be more specific and direct on what we need to do.
So to start. I don't know the status of many of the projects. I know we need to improve how were doing on covering KHX/KHUX. We also need to finish Project World, as Kryten has mentioned previously. I think we should invest resources into the merchandise before it gets too hard to keep up with. I think Image Renovation and Capitalization projects are done and should be removed. Some of the others, like SHOUT, Items, and Gummi, should be shelved for now. Maybe we can add something to the community portal to list active projects and shelved projects. What do you guys think.

I agree that we have a lot of information missing, and projects might be a good idea to get stuff done, but unfortunately most of my time goes to the Unchained Wiki, so I don't think I can help out much. I can confirm that Project Inappropriate Capitalization is done, though.
