Reversal is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It allows the user to maneuver himself behind an enemy just before it attacks.

Mechanics

Reversal is a Movement command exclusive to Ventus that, when is pressed just before an enemy strikes, allows Ven to maneuver himself behind the enemy.

Learning Reversal

• Ventus learns Reversal after rescuing Ienzo from a horde of Unversed in Radiant Garden.
• Ventus can purchase Reversal from the Moogle Shop after obtaining it elsewhere.

Other Appearances

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix

• No Heart is capable of using Reversal in its boss fight.
• The Armor of Eraqus can utilize Reversal in conjunction with Reversal Slash exclusively against Ventus during its boss fight.
