MAKE SURE YOU CHECK HERE AND UPDATE WHAT YOU HAVE AVAILABLE SO OTHERS KNOW WHO TO WORK WITH
- Project Cards
- This project requires someone who has access to any cards, be they physical or scans, as long as they can get us the images of the cards.
- ENTER NAME HERE
- Project Coliseum
- Not sure about this project, but I would assume you need the games and the guides required for this. This appears to be done to me, but we've still got the Flick Rush stats that we need to get down, I believe.
- ENTER NAME HERE
- Project Gummi
- I remember there were some advancements here for the past few years, but I think this project is still going on. Help with this one is much appreciated.
- ENTER NAME HERE
- Project Image Renovation
- This project looks to be done, but just to make sure, we need at least 3/4 people to go over the majority of images (painful, I know) and add the naming schema and such.
- Project Items
- This project needs a few users to work on it. From what I gather, some item pages are still stubs. I think the optimal case here is to put separate items that aren't all that informative into one informative article that is formatted like a list.
- Project Music
- I remember there was work on the list of tracks, however afterwards it died down a bit. One person should work on this at least.
- Project Video
- This project requires someone who has access to a capture device. The PS3 versions of games are preferred over the originals (except in the case of Days and Re:coded as those are simply cutscenes).
- Project World
- This project also requires some meddling with the game, since some rooms only appear in cutscenes and are only visible through meddling with the code.
- ENTER NAME HERE
- Project SHOUT
- This project has been well underway, but some games are missing, so we need some people to offer help.

Project Details
Project: Image Renovation
- Task 1: Update images from .jpg to .png
- Task 2: Correct any images not following our current naming schema
Task 3: Move all user images from Category:Articles for Deletion off the Wiki (i.e. Photobucket) and link back on the Wiki.- Task 4: Fix images still needing transparency.
- Task 5: Category:Unsatisfying Images
- Task 6: Category:Articles in need of images
- Task 7: Renaming/deleting files
- Specific To-Do List
- Category:Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories Character Images: Most characters will have two images: a CGI-like version (such as File:Axel KHCOM.png) and an in-game sprite version (such as File:Axel (Sprite) KHCOM.png). Double check that should the character have a full-body sprite image, the sprite is named following the schema: File:Character (Sprite) KHCOM.png. If it doesn't have the right naming schema, switch all links currently using the incorrect name to the Character (Sprite) KHCOM.png name and add {[Bad Name|name=(correct name)}} . This goes for talk sprite images as well with the schema of File:Character (Talk sprite) # KHCOM.png. Live talk images should be under the schema: File:Character (Live talk sprite) # KHCOM.gif or for full-body: File:Character (Live sprite) KHCOM.gif. If a character has more than one form, capitalize the form and put it after the character's name: like Jafar Genie (Sprite) KHCOM.png. Move image, double check for any red links.
- Images needing transparency: File:Agrabah KHREC.png, File:Castle Oblivion KHREC.png, File:Destiny Islands KHREC.png, File:Hollow Bastion KHREC.png, File:Olympus Coliseum KHREC.png, File:Naminé (Sprite) KHCOM.png, File:CoD Board Dice Cube.png, File:CoD Board Prize Cube.png, File:Foudre (Cosplay Kit).png, Category:Clothing Images, Category:Merchandise Images....
- Bad names/needs formatting: Category:Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days panel images, Category:Kingdom Hearts II skateboard images...
- Comments
- Task 1: Should a deletion be needed, post the link on the deletion page. This goes for staff and regular users. We were trying to keep a record of all the deletions the last time we started this but that slowly stopped. Also, this cannot be stressed enough, make sure all articles linking to an image are taken care of before any deletions are made. Category:Images with Bad Names
- Task 2: Double check cutscene images with this website. Double check names for characters/artwork-pretty much any image we have with our current naming process.
Task 3: I have uploaded hundreds of similar user images to my own personal Photobucket account (link can be found on my userpage). However, if others would join in and help move these off the Wiki and switch in the Photobucket links, that would awesome. For talk templates, this means using {{User:Xiggie/TalkTemplate2 instead of {{TalkTextTest2 and {{User:Xiggie/TalkTemplate. We never decided what to do about the Days character images in the articles for deletion category, so, for the time being, leave those alone. It is very important that we do not delete any image until we are completely certain that they no longer link to anything on the Wiki. This is a big/no-fun job, but is the biggest problem/eyesore in our image categories.
- Task 4: This is for people with GIMP/Photoshop/some other image editor that allows you to make images transparent. We've done well on this, but certain images may still need to be made transparent. Examples of images with transparency are: character/artwork images.
- Task 5: Most of what these images need are explained on the individual image.
- Task 6: Pretty self-explanatory. If you can upload an image for any of the listed articles that need it, go for it.
- Task 7: If a file needs renamed, please ask a staff member to move the image. Naturally all links should be taken care of before the move is done. As for deletions, either notify an admin, or, preferably, post the links over here. ANX219 has a sandbox with a list of images that need to be deleted here.
Project: Music
- Task 1: Obtain screenshots of the track lists for all Kingdom Hearts soundtracks, Japanese and English.
- Task 2: Translate Japanese titles.
- Task 3: (For tracks used in video games) Identify where each track is used.
- Comments
- Task 1: This is talking about a confirmed list of tracks, as taken from the back of the soundtracks. This looks pretty much done, to me. If not, we have some screenshots here.
- Task 2: This is for people who can actually/properly translate the titles. Google Translate is not a good course of action for this.
- Task 3: This is probably what is left of this project...It is a rather large one, too. Figuring out exactly what pieces play when requires double checking by going by through the games. For example: Lazy Afternoons plays in KHII only when you play as Roxas; it plays in Days as the main theme; COM also uses it as the main theme.
Discussion
Alright, I initially started the page with a list but we really need to figure out how we're going to actually complete some of these projects. Erry 12:07, 14 April 2014 (UTC)
- I think we need to evaluate each project and decide what still needs to be done. That way, when people are signing up for the projects, they can decide based on their ability to do the tasks related to the project. And we need to update the project page, and bring it out from the graves. KeybladeSpyMaster 01:27, 17 April 2014 (UTC)
- What's left to do for Project:Music? I've got all the soundtracks, I don't know if that's a place to start. KeybladeSpyMaster 02:02, 25 April 2014 (UTC)
- I've added what was on the Project Music page to the "to do" section here. I think that is everything left for music. I suppose another task would be double checking our .ogg files and make sure we have [30 second] snip-its of all the tracks.--Xion4ever 02:42, 25 April 2014 (UTC)
- Do we have a Category for all the music files? Do we need anymore, or do we have them all? KeybladeSpyMaster 21:13, 25 April 2014 (UTC)
- Category:Music Media. As for your second/third questions: that's what the people signed up for the project are supposed to determine. We can ask twenty questions on here, but what it boils down to is people actually looking this stuff up for themselves and then posting on here what they do not understand/would like some opinions on.--Xion4ever 22:06, 25 April 2014 (UTC)

Project:SHOUT
What are we going to do with the shouts we retrieve from the project? Will they be stored on a thread in Ansem's Computer or will they be used in the mainspace somehow? TheFifteenthMember 11:45, 26 May 2014 (UTC)
- Oh wow, just now saw this. I'm sorry for the delayed response! If you want to start a forum on Ansem's Computer or on your userspace, like I did with Days notes/props, go for it. That's what KeybladeSpyMaster is doing for project music. We're more concerned over getting the information versus where it is stored. Xion4ever 23:47, 15 June 2014 (UTC)

Project:Image Renovation
(A dumb question:) On the Days Artwork images: Are we looking at just removing the white background or making the entire image so that it's just lines? ANX219 00:12, 22 July 2014 (UTC)
- Not a dumb question. The what needs to be done for image renovation hasn't been updated in a while...I'll get to that later tonight, after dinner. Check out Forum:Art Transparency. Between that and looking at the Days artwork images, I think we don't need transparency. It is hard for me to tell whether the lines are "solid" or "sketchy." The latter would mean the white background is necessary to see the image/all features whereas the former means we could probably get away with having transparency. Xion4ever 00:57, 22 July 2014 (UTC)
