Magic Boost (マジックアップ, Majikku Appu, lit. "Magic Up") is an ability that appears in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, and Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. It increases the potency of the user's magic.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, Magic Boost is an enemy card effect that powers up magic cards in exchange for disabling summon cards. It costs 30 CP to add to the deck and lasts for one reload.

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Magic Boost is a Dimension Link ability that increases the damage dealt by all magic.

In Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, Magic Boost is an Accessory ability that increases the user's Magic when their HP is reduced to 25%.

• The Wizard enemy card has Magic Boost as its effect.
• The Black Fungus enemy card can randomly activate Magic Boost.
• The Darkside enemy card can mimic an enemy's Magic Boost.

• The Donald Dimension Link has Magic Boost as its Level 1 ability.

• The Wizard's Armlet has Magic Boost as its ability.
