Ventus using Pulse Bomb at the Mysterious Tower.

Pulse Bomb (パルスボム, Parusu Bomu) is a technique exclusive to Ventus in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. The attack consists of charging balls of energy from the tip of the user's Keyblade and bombarding targets with a series of small explosions.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Pulse Bomb is a Shotlock that has a maximum level of 5 and max lock of 20. Once the attack has begun, the player can perform extra attacks by pressing at the correct time to create additional explosions. The amount of explosions varies on how well the player timed their button press.
