Dark Splicer (ダークスプライサー, Dāku Supuraisā) is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance.

Mechanics

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep

Dark Splicer allows the player to teleport around the enemy multiple times, slashing at them, similar to Time Splicer without the stop effect. The player has a choice of continuing the attack by pressing the buttons prompted.

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep

• Dark Splicer is exclusive to the Vanitas D-Link, during Ventus's final battle.

Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance

• Riku can obtain Dark Splicer from a chest in The World That Never Was. However this version does cast a stop effect similar to time splicer from Birth by Sleep.
