User:NumberXV/Hollow Bastion LV.80 System Sector Walkthrough

This article provides a strategy for the 13-floor System Sector of Hollow Bastion, floor-by-floor.

Floor 1

Challenge: Use a Megalixir! 1.5x

Simply replace a deck command with it and, upon completing the challenge, simply replace the empty Megalixir command with the deck command.

Floor 2

Challenge: Exit the floor in under 100 seconds! (1 minute and 40 seconds) 1.5x

Just run to the bugged room, defeat them, and run back to the link.

Floor 3

Challenge: Air-toss Heartless at least fifteen (15) times! 1.5x

Come prepared with a Wishing Star ===★ and use the following Overclock abilities: Medic, Auto-Block, Attack Haste, and Aero Counter. Fill the clock gauge to level two, then just let them attack due to Auto-Block. Do NOT use the Finish command unless the challenge has been completed.

Floor 4

Challenge: Exit the floor in under 60 seconds (1 minute) 2.5x

Three words: Run, hit, (and) run.

Floor 5

Challenge: Use ATTACK less than ten (10) times! 2.0x

Use commands that will reload quickly, or just spam and wait (and rinse and repeat).

Floor 6

Challenge: Miss with attacks less than eight (8) times! 3.5x

Blizzaga Pursuit and Triple Pursuit are recommended due to their (obviously) homing capabliities.

Floor 7

Challenge: Do not use restorative commands! 2.0x

Keyblades with Regen or Undo are useful, but better with both. Stick to the offensive and hope that you survive.

Floor 8

Challenge: Take damage less than five (5) times! 3.5x

Long-range commands are recommended. Then again, just keep your distance and strike when the enemies are open.

Floor 9

Challenge: Take damage less than eight (8) times! 3.0x

The strategy is the same as Floor 8.

Floor 10

Challenge: Defeat ten (10) Heartless while at MAX Overclock! 2.0x

Pack Ethers, or spam on nearby blox. Whatever you do with the former, do NOT use Keyblades with Medic!

Floor 11

Challenge: Exit the floor in under 120 seconds! (two minutes) 3.0x

Square Enix loves to throw "Exit" challenges at us, huh? (see floor 2 and 4)

Floor 12

Challenge: Defeat the Eliminator! 3.0x

Floor 13

Challenge: Use a Finish command in under forty-five seconds (0:45) 4.5x

I'm certain that there is a video or two dedicated to this. Watch it. Just note that whoever beat this system sector failed the challenge, so use Oathkeeper or the Heat Sink Belt and hit and run (and R and R)
