Payback Surge is a Reprisal Command in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, exclusive to Aqua.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Payback Surge allows Aqua to counterattack by lunging forward cloak in her barrier after being knocked back into the air by an enemy's attack. It has a maximum level of 4.
Learning Payback Surge
