If you make a Forum that's wiki-related, you create it in Forum:The World that Never was, if it's just about theories and gaming questions and such, it should be made in the Forum:Twilight Town Library, but it still has to be Kingdom Hearts-related. As for the little images in the talk bubble you basically put the link to the image inside the bubble where you want them and resize it usualy 40px 30px. If you look at my template you will probably be able to figure it out. If you still need help I could do it for you if you want.
