The |valign things are simply part of the coding in order to get the infobox to appear on your user page. The only parts you need to worry about are the "Text1" "Text2" etc. parts. If you take a look at my page and tell me the titles and information you'd like in the infobox, I can sort it for you. Oh, and you have to type five tildes (~), not dashes (-) for the timestamp to work. On most keyboards, it's Shift + #
