One HP (HP 1) is an ability in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It is obtained by equipping the Extreme Ring. It causes the player's health to be reduced to 1 HP. One hit from any enemy will instantly defeat the player. However, this comes in handy for players who want to trigger their Limit Break at the start of a mission
