Master Xehanort appears as a boss in Terra's storyline in Keyblade Graveyard. Terra at first fights both Vanitas and Master Xehanort at the same time. After Master Xehanort sends Vanitas to fight Ventus and Aqua, he tells Terra that he can't save them. This causes Terra to unleash his darkness, which resulted in a one-on-one battle between the two.
