Yes. However, only admins can move files. (Mods can't !) The rest of us can move article titles. If there's a motion to move a file name, then the best place to go to is BebopKate's talk page. Or Kryten's. TNÉ _{En avant Bravo !} 05:24, September 27, 2009 (UTC)
