The Queen
I haven't quite got the fine points down, like...when, or where... It just kinda kicks in whenever it wants to.

The Queen (aka. Evil Queen, Wicked Queen, or Old Hag) is a character in the upcoming PSP game, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. She appears in her homeworld of Dwarf Woodland, taking on both her Queen and Old Hag form.
Story
Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep
When Terra came to the Dwarf Woodland, in search of a heart of pure light, who just so happened to be the maiden Snow White, the very girl the Queen wished to do away with. She was willing to give the girl to Terra out of jealousy of her beauty, saying when the Keyblade warrior mentioned the heart, that she was not "interested in things that would fade away so easily."
Ventus later came to the world, the Evil Queen already having taken on the form of an old hag and having captured Snow White. She later gets her hands on the Keyblde wielder, offering him a poisoned apple. Ventus was later able to rescue Snow White, the Evil Queen (or Old Hag) done away with.
Origin
The Evil Queen made her debut in Disney's first ever animated film. Stepmother of Snow White, she longed to kill the girl out of jealousy of her beauty. Consulting her Magic Mirror, she hired a huntsman to do the job. The man let Snow White escape, however, much to the Queen's displeasure.
She eventually found the girl in a cottage owned by the Seven Dwarves, transforming into an old hag; her intention was to look like a kindly grandmother, yet this was not the case. She convinced Snow White to bite from a poisoned apple, that would kill her unless she received Love's First Kiss. The Dwarves went after the Queen, however, the villain sent toppling off a cliff when one of her own schemes backfired.
