Pleasure Mushroom
Item obtainable only in Kingdom hearts Final Mix+ as a staff for Donald. It is confirmed to be dropped by number I of the XIII Mushrooms. Located at Memory skyscraper after defeating Xemnas.
There is also a Pleasure Mushroom+ although it is basically identically to it's counterpart, with no evident status differences.
