The Fatal Crest is a keyblade from Kingdom Hearts II.

Acquisition
It is a prize received after beating the Goddess of Fate Cup at the Olympus Coliseum.
Appearance
The guard, chain and emblem are the symbol of the Underworld. The blade and teeth is a bony dragon head and neck.
Ability
The Fatal Crest's ability is called 'Beserk Charge'. This ability allows Sora to attack continuously. This means that Sora cannot end a combo but just keeps striking the enemy with the keyblade.
Trivia
- It's name appears to be the opposite to the Hero's Crest.
